The first 45-minute showroom visit is free. After we see the room or drawings, you get a proposal with a fixed fee or a percentage — not an open tab.
Rates assume a clean, accessible Richmond Hill or GTA site. Heritage details, occupied renovations, and work outside the GTA are quoted after a visit. Hourly rate for small add-ons and extra meetings: $185. Travel outside the GTA is billed at cost plus time. HST is added where required.

When we bill as a percentage, the fee is paid in phases so you are never paying for work we have not started. Work begins after you sign the proposal and pay 25% of the first phase (or 50% on furniture special orders). Deposits, pauses, and refunds are in the refund & cancellation policy.
